hello everyone! i'm lia, or yewforia, a hobbyist in art and character design. this is a simplistic version of my main carrd solely for my commission information. please click the links above to view everything.i try to open these bimonthly but i haven't stuck to that schedule in a while due to burnout/loss of motivation! they'll mostly open when i feel ready to take them on & when i need money.please note that my terms, prices, and the layout of this site are subject to change at any time.

by commissioning artwork from me you automatically agree to these terms.
general/copyright
do not steal, reproduce, or redistribute my designs or artwork.
all usage of my work for personal or commercial reasons is prohibited unless it has been created specifically for you. this includes fan art.
as of now, all commission slots are first come, first serve. the only reasons why i may decline a commission are if it breaks my terms or if i genuinely cannot complete it.
as the artist, i have all rights to use the commissioned artwork to advertise my other openings or to post on social media.
all commissioned artwork is to be used for personal reasons only. please do not use my art for commercial purposes.
do not use my artwork for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), ai-training, cryptocurrency, or anything of the sort.
payment
currently, i accept payment via cashapp (usd) and deviantart points.
payment is expected upfront and in full within 72 hours. after this timeframe, it will be assumed that you are no longer interested.
i will not start until full payment is sent.
i unfortunately do not accept holds or plans; please don't commission me with funds you don't have!
full refunds will be issued if a sketch has not been completed. once it is lined, a refund will become unavailable.
feel free to dm me anywhere to request a quote! this is just a price check and is not a formal commission.
you're free to change the character prior to a confirmation sketch.
unless stated otherwise, each additional character & complex designs/add-ons are +50% of the base price.
PLEASE do not ghost me. you will be blacklisted.
process
the average turnaround time for regular openings is two weeks to one month, and may stretch depending on my irl situation. please don't commission me expecting it to be completed by a certain time; i don't do deadlines.
after payment is received, i will provide a sketch for you to approve, called a confirmation sketch. sketches won't be provided for smaller options like pixels.
please provide a clean and unwatermarked reference! i can't work with blurry, messy, or traditional images.
minor edits to the pose/expression and corrected mistakes can be requested for no added fee prior to lining.
all commissioners will receive high quality and unwatermarked images upon completion, via deviantart stash. they may also be emailed if requested.
all artwork will contain my signature. please do not ask me to remove it.
sketches may be redone upon request for no added fee prior to approval. once approved, i will not be making any large edits to it. minor revisions are no additional fee after completion.
designs
i don't have any rules about asking for permission before reselling one of my designs. i just ask that you make sure the person buying the design is not on my blacklist before selling it.
credit is always required. please credit my toyhouse, cassiel, if uploading the design on alternate sites such as art fight.
you MUST have a toyhouse to own my designs! for tracking & general comfort reasons.
you may not put any additional terms over my designs such as tradelocking.
you may resell my designs for more or less than you purchased them for but please do not make a $5 design $50.
my designs must remain on toyhouse! you can unlist them and make them private but they cannot be sold to users without toyhouse.
you must pass on this tos if you resell one of my designs. just keeping the link in the toyhouse works.
